Learner:  Svikheng Lim    Learning Coach: Luisa Maloni       Date:27th February, 2015
Learning Area: Literacy- Writing
Learning Observed
Svikheng came to my writing workshop today. We were learning to use the alphabet and word cards to help us with our story writing. Svikheng was able to find the word ‘my’ using the first sound e.g. I asked her “Can you find a word in the yellow box that starts with m?” She was able to locate and copy the word onto a whiteboard and practice writing it with her eyes closed. She could then create and write a sentence using the word ‘my’. She created the sentence “my. mom. is. patn.” (My mum is painting.)
